1. Acceptance
By creating an account and using aficio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
aficio is a personal cigar companion app that helps you track your humidor, smoking sessions, and taste preferences. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in. One account per person. Do not share your account with others.
4. Your data
You own your data. We do not claim any rights to the cigar data, notes, ratings, or photos you create in aficio. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or use automated tools to scrape the cigar database.
6. AI features
AI-generated content (cigar information, recommendations, tasting notes) is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
